Online Orders and Private Party Transfers
Online Orders
Online orders of firearms and ammunition must be shipped to our
retail store. The following rules apply to all online orders:

Firearms purchased must be California compliant. It is
your responsibility as the purchaser to ensure all purchased
firearms comply with federal, state and local laws governing
possession of firearms. All non-compliant firearms
will be returned and the shipping cost will be passed onto you.
Contact us to ensure your firearm is compliant before placing an
order.

There will be a transfer fee of $80. In addition, there is a required CA DROS fee of $37.19.
- Online ammunition order fees: 10% of invoice plus $10
Private Party Transfers

$10 fee per firearm in addition to required CA DROS of $37.19.
Fees must be paid in cash.

Buyer must ensure they can legally posses the firearm being
purchased. We are not responsible for a refund should buyer not
pass background check.

In the event that buyer is ineligible to purchase the firearm, the
firearm will be returned to seller. If seller is unavailable or
cannot pickup firearm, firearm will be turned over to the Burbank
Police Department.
NOTE: For all firearms sales, online and private party transfers,
buyer must pickup firearm within 30 days of the delivery date on
your DROS form. If firearm is not picked up within that time frame,
buyer will have to complete another DROS and pay the DROS fee of
$37.19 once again.
How to legally purchase firearms and ammunition in California
Firearms
General requirements:

You must be age 21 or older to purchase a firearm in the state
of California.

The firearm you are attempting to purchase must be CA legal.
- You may only purchase one firearm in any 30 day period.

There is a 10 day waiting period starting from the moment when
dealer record of sale (DROS) paperwork is submitted to the CA
Department of Justice. Your firearm will not be released to you
until your DROS is approved and this period has passed.

If your DROS is approved, you must pickup your firearm within 30
days. Failing to do so will require an additional DROS
submission (with the associated fee).
Required documents:
- Valid California driver's license or ID card.

Valid proof of US citizenship (US Passport or Certificate of
Naturalization) or valid proof of legal residence. NOTE: This
requirement is waived if your driver's license or ID card is a
REAL ID
.

Valid proof of California residency. Examples include utility
bills, CA vehicle registration, primary residence lease
agreements, mortgage statements. Note that wireless service
bills do not count as utility bills. The address on any
documents must match address on driver's license or ID card.

Valid California Firearms Safety Certificate (FSC). Acquiring
this certificate requires a 30 question multiple choice exam.

. The certificate is valid for 5 years.
Fees:

California Department of Justice requires a DROS fee of $37.19
per firearm.

If you do not have a firearms safety certificate (FSC), the fee
for the exam is $25.
Ammunition
General requirements:

You must have legally acquired a firearm (a previous firearm
DROS submission on record) in the state of California in order
to purchase ammunition.
- Approved ammunition DROS (background check).
Required documents:
- Valid California driver's license or ID card.

Valid proof of US citizenship (US Passport or Certificate of
Naturalization) or valid proof of legal residence. NOTE: This
requirement is waived if your driver's license or ID card is a
REAL ID
